We have been using this bidet/toilet for about eight months now. It was carefully packaged and arrived with no damage. The bidet/toilet is heavy. My husband and I managed to muscle it upstairs and he was able to install it very easily. Before I go into pros and cons it's important to note this cannot compete with the amazingly high speed, low drag toilets I experienced at Tokyo Narita Airport nor did I expect it to. But for a much lower priced unit it has exceeded my expectations.Pros: A high and low volume flushHeated seat with selectable temperature (I can't go back to a cold seat in the winter!)Self sanitizingMany selectable options on water and air temps as well as water pressureIt is possible to use the toilet without ever touching it because it has a touch function where a foot can be used to open or close the seatThe toilet will automatically flush after a set time if a person just walks awayHeight of the toilet is great for my aging kneesIt looks good and it feels sturdyIt's easy to clean because all the plumbing is enclosed in the outer case. No bump outs on the sides to collect dust and dirtSelectable night lightCons: The user instructions are a bit hard to follow but just play with the remote control and it's not hard to figure outIt does require purchasing a foaming sanitizer but any toilet needs cleaning anywayThe process to fill the sanitizer tank is a little difficult and slowI wish the water stream could be adusted for spread, it's sort of just a single stream and feels a little bit harsh. Turning down the pressure helpsSo overall I give it five stars. I just don't feel clean when using a standard toilet anymore. I am more than satisfied.

After having this bidet for a month and it works amazingly as it was described. Here are some observations.1> Build quality: The unit has high quality build. The cover does not bend easily with a strong solid hinge. There is minimum flex or vibration when auto lid function is operating.2> Flush: The flush is strong to remove everything not requiring extra flush. The pre-wet function probably helps in this regard. The noise is on par with my previous one, the half flush is definitely more quiet and shorter duration. 3> Customization: The seat warming function is great providing different level of temperatures, so are the wash temperature, pressure, and position. These help with different users in the household, though a pre-set user profile would have been even better (maybe through future software upgrade or newer model?)4> Automation: The auto open/close function at first sounds gimmicky but once we used for the first couple of times, it is clear that it's a must have feature for convenience and hygiene reasons. When it comes to cleaning, we would turn the power off just to make sure it doesn't interfere with the cleaning routine.5> Foam shield: This is another function I thought would be gimmicky. But given how it turns out to be for the lid/seat auto open/close function as I mentioned above, I am willing to give it a try. However there is no liquid foaming agent in the package, though there is a message on the inside packaging stating that we could request one from Woodbridge through their customer service. We did contact them and are now waiting for the shipment. Once received and tested with the foaming agent, I will update this review to include my experience.

Absolutely Love This Bidet Toilet – Worth Every Penny!We purchased two of these bidet toilets — one for our master bathroom and another for the common downstairs bathroom — and we couldn’t be happier. They’re incredibly easy to program, and the features are fantastic.The warm seat is a game-changer, especially on chilly mornings, and being able to adjust the temperature of the bidet water makes for a super comfortable experience. One of the most impressive things - I haven’t had to clean the inside of the toilet in seven months — the self-cleaning bowl feature works that well! The nitelight feature is awesome no need to wake everyone up or use the restroom in the dark.The flush is strong and efficient, and after seven months of daily use, both toilets are still working perfectly. Honestly, I can’t imagine going back to a regular toilet. If you’re on the fence, just go for it — you won’t regret it!
