Nice quality and bluetooth connected. No fingerprint scanner built-in, but I knew that.
This is very nice. I have missed my 10-key key pad that was not included with my Apple keyboard. One thing I wish I had paid attention to, however, was the fact that the built-in fingerprint reader isn't included with these other-brand keyboards. I used that ALL of the time. My solution: leave my old keyboard plugged in, but out of the way and when asked to scan my fingerprint, I use it. Definitely an odd work-around, but it works. I also like the mouse. Truthfully, the mouse was why I went looking for something different. I don't know what it is with Apple and their mice, but half of the time that thing would not scroll which was maddening (you slide our finger across the surface of it, no wheel). Totally useless. I like the mouse that came with the keyboard. Very nice. I love that these are bluetooth and not wireless USB as well. A good deal.

Finally, a Keyboard and Mouse Combo That Actually Works with My MacBook
I've tried several different mouse/keyboard combos for my MacBook, and none of them worked the way they should. I constantly dealt with lag, connection issues, or the devices not working at all. I was honestly about ready to bite the bullet and just buy Apple’s own accessories—but with their price tags, I decided to give one last alternative a shot.I’m now about two weeks in with this combo, and I’ve been blown away. It connects seamlessly every time I power up my MacBook, and there’s been zero lag. The keys are smooth and comfortable to type on, and I haven’t even had to charge it yet. I also appreciate that it has built-in rechargeable batteries—no need to swap out AAs every few weeks. One standout feature is that it uses Bluetooth rather than a USB fob, which seems to work much better, especially for Mac users like me who want to keep ports free and avoid dongles. If I had one small complaint, it would be the mouse shape. It’s a good size overall, but I’m just not used to the flatter design. That said, it's still fully functional and responsive. All in all, I’m very impressed and glad I gave this a shot before going all-in on Apple’s much pricier gear.

Almost perfect ... almost, but two significant flaws
Honestly, I'd love to give this set a 5-star review because I love this keyboard and the mouse, bbut I have a couple of real pet peeves about them. The Good:Most everything. People in other reviews mention the packaging and the instructions that come with it as being a very nice touch, and I agree. But those are really secondary to the product itself. I like the feel of the keys—there is a real firm touch to the keys, and I like that. They feel substantial. I like that there is backlighting, but that will run down the batteries even faster, so use with caution. The matching mouse was important to me, and I love the feel of the mouse, as well. Honestly, the product is fantastic. I'd say forget any other options out there except for two pretty big flaws. The FlawsThe flaws are that the keyboard has to be recharged every two weeks or so, and it often gives up without warning that I've ever noticed. Just yesterday, I was hurriedly taking notes during a Zoom call when the keyboard suddenly died. There was nothing I could do. I didn't have a charger handy, and everyone was looking at me because I'd suddenly stopped typing and had a panicked look on my face. So, sudden abandonment is one thing, but the other is that you can't check the percentage charge within your computer settings. So there is literally nothing you can do to keep track of the charge that is left and be proactive. It would seem that you just have to wait for it to die. The manual says that a red light will shine when it's time to charge. That may be true, but I have never ever observed it happen. If they were to add the ability to track the charge left on the devices, and perhaps have a longer battery life, these would be the best keyboard and mouse pair you could possibly buy in my book.

Best Alternative Option for Keyboard w/Mouse for Apple computers.
I got another Apple computer, but I didn't want to spend extra on the original Apple Magic Keyboard, so I got this one instead. I absolutely love it. Keys work so smoothly, and I like the feel of them even better than the original magic. It has the same functions as the original Apple, and actually offers more features, such as light keys. Most importantly, I have the option to connect to three computers, so I paired it with a laptop and a book. With one touch, I can change the computer I'm using. LOVE it, and this is only for $60 (including mouse) No brainer, can not recommend more.

The absolute best! Should've been over $100!
10 stars. This is the best mouse and keyboard I've ever had. I am so glad I chose this one. So comfortable to type with and the mouse is super accurate and comfy. I love the very slight click of the keys. Connects super fast. Holds a charge forever. Not sure how long it takes to go into sleep mode but it's quite a while and when you wake it back up, it only takes about 1 second to reconnect. Built very well. Looks really nice like it should've costed over $100. Works great. Packaging was actually really nice even. Was delivered 2nd day as promised. Absolutely 100% recommend this to anyone looking for an awesome Bluetooth keyboard/mouse combo. I'm so pleased with this product!

Surprisingly nice keyboard for a dirt-cheap price.
Good key feel, excellent lighting. Just enough heft that it stays put on the keyboard drawer. I had no problem pairing it with my desktop Mac Studio and my M4 MacBook Air. It comes with a bluetooth mouse that also paired easily and can be paired with up to three devices. I’ll probably use the mouse with my MacBook as I’m a desktop thumbwheel trackball kinda boy.Amazing value, attractive design, excellent lighting, good typing feel, quiet. Even nice packaging. I’m impressed. One caveat though: I only unboxed yesterday so jury is still out about durability. Time will tell. But as of right now after pounding out a few pages, all lights are green, system A-OK
