Hoping for health benefits in the additional minerals
I've used the Himalayan Pink Salt for years....I LOVE SALT....and my lab results have been right in the middle of normal, so not too much sodium. But I've recently switched to this BLUE salt...it has different minerals in it which I've read may help with my high blood pressure and occasional Atrial Fibrillation. It tastes good.....can't wait to see if the results are what I'm hoping for

Healthier salt with a blue hue
I have purchased many types of healthier and pricey salt ls over the years as a nutritional biochemist and having owned health food stores. Considering Celtic gray sea salt, pink Himalayan, kosher, Maldon and Bahaia iodized sea salt I can tell you that Blue Salt is a wonderful and healthier salt with a beautiful blue hue. Most people lack enough potassium in their diets in America and by including this special natural Blue potassium-rich salt to my salt arsenal I feel better about using salt and offering it to family and guests as well. I generally prefer to use sea salt flakes but grinding some blue salt into vegetables that are cooking and on eggs and meats along with another natural sea salt enriches the mineral levels and I say —is a good move. The taste is a bit less rounded on your palate due to higher potassium level but try it and I’m sure you will want to keep a bottle in your cupboard. When I put it on the table guests always remark about the beauty of the blue salt and then learning about the heart health benefits makes them smile. I always grind a bit on whatever I am cooking.

Truly made a difference in my potassium levels.
Beautifully blue and is likely reaponsible for my potassium levels reachin optimum while also being lower in sodium than other salts, especially pink "Himalayan" salt which is incredibly high. As someone who consumes a lot of sodium inadvertendly (hard to avoid and have things be tasty), potassium has long been a hard-to-achieve equal as it is an essential electrolyte that relaxes muscles, keeps heart rhythms stable, and counter-balances sodium's negative effects on the body without it. The average daily recommended value is around 4600mg, if I recall correctly, and can be tough to satisfy, so this becomes a safer, healthier way to salt your food with less detriment to your body's balance. The biggest potential negatives are price, as its a small bag, and needing a grinder to crush the coarse crystals. For me, it's worth it, but worth considering the value might differ for those without the need for potassium increase and/or dont agree to the cost/weight ratio.

Blue Salt
I’ve only used it a couple of times but I think it actually tastes saltier than regular salt - with less sodium and more nutrients…. pretty cool. 😎

I really like this salt! Good health benefits. Works great in the grinder. I've purchased this 2x and will buy it again. This was recommended by a holistic Dr.
