It broke after 2 month

I have used the product for approximately two month. I was very happy with it and it delivers as promised. Yesterday when I turned it on, it started, but the display vanished and I was not able to switch between modes or to turn it off. There is no reset button or any way you can do anything with it at this point. I reached out to Medicube for support and their reply was that they cannot provide any assistance as the product was not bought from their side. Here, on Amazon, there is no way to contact anybody if the product malfunctions.
