Stunning color. Very comfortable

It’s been great haven’t run into any of the issues other people have been running into but it has only been a week. The analog sticks are very smooth with nice grips to keep your fingers from slipping, the LB and RB buttons feel very well constructed, it has a very comfortable weight and quality feel to it, very responsive and easy to configure. Although the connecting the Bluetooth to my PC was a headache in the beginning I found out that switching between controller plugged in to wireless seems to mess with the controllers drivers unsure why but simple solution if you run into it is to uninstall the drivers restart your computer reconnect your controller and just charge it from a wall outlet it doesn’t take long to charge and it’s battery life makes up for the fact you can’t easily have it plugged in then wireless. Also keep in mind this controller is a lot more mechanical than it’s predecessors the more parts the more likely something is to move out of place or just go wrong entirely so just make sure to take care of it and not to go overboard like you would with a traditional Xbox controller

Fit and finish on this thing is perfect. It feels so good in the hand, excellent quality. All the buttons on mine work perfectly ( at least for now ) no DOA buttons or weird things. The custom faceplate is bright and has a very nice matte quality to it. I use this on PC and the Xbox app worked perfectly. I use the windows Xbox wireless adapter from Microsoft not bluetooth. The Scuf controller I had previously had a problem with connecting in general and pretty much had to be wired for it to work and it wouldn’t detect as Xbox but only as X input controller. The sticks being quick disconnect/magnetic is amazeballs. I don’t have to worry about damaging the stick trying to pull off the stick and push another one on. And did I mention how satisfying this thing is to hold ... it’s like the first time you pick up a real 1911... after shooting a cheap one. Now let’s see if it stays this nice...

First time using an elite controller so gotta get used to it but seems like it'll be awesome!!!!!!

Absolutely beautiful controller that feels insanely comfortable. I have never put my hands on a controller that felt this good, and looked like a work of art. Enough on aesthetics though, shall we see how it works? I'm hoping these paddles take me to champ in rocket league. I will update this review after playing with it a while! EDIT: It has been almost a year, no stick drift, BUT USB/wireless connections intermittently drop out and the bottom right paddle doesn't work intermittently as well. Paint is chipped around the stick, and and the A and B buttons. I don't fault the paint, rocket league is hard on controllers. The drop out issues are a major problem and I don't fault custom controllers for that. This is ultimately a Microsoft problem.

Was going to get my partner an elite controller through the design lab, but I saw this color and was well worth it. They send it in the original box and looks amazing. Definitely worth it, she loves it!
