Flaky
Good Mascara if it wasn't for the fact it went flaky after a few uses. Due to this and my eyes seeming to itch after a few uses, I would say this product is an out of date product Shame, as the wand seemed very useful in combing and lenthing the lashes

Product completely dried up and impossible to use
Have used this mascara plenty times before so knew I liked it. This was the first time I had bought it on Amazon. It arrived completely dried out and impossible to use. The mascara must be old. Tried to contact seller or Amazon but am sent around in circles, getting nowhere. I understand that beauty products are not returnable but there must be an option for when products arrive totally unusable and out of date. I will buy these types of items straight from the brands or in shop in the future. Lesson learned.

Good quality mascara but didn't like the 'crown'
Max Factor Masterpiece has long been my favourite mascara. I was looking to replace my almost used up one when I saw this. It seemed a great idea for the smaller corner lashes. However in use I found it messy and uncomfortable, ending up with mascara where I didn't want it, so it is back to the original for me
