They are pretty comfortable and works well to soften the noise when trying to sleep.

As someone with misiphonia (sensitivity to various noises) these plugs have been a lifesaver for me. They’re light and stay put when I put them in. I can comfortably sleep with them in. Great value for the money and they reduce the noises around me to manageable levels. I’ve since bought three more pairs so I can have a spare set and my daughter, who’s also misophonic, can have some.

they work well for a piece of silicone jammed in your ear. there is no acoustic filter so it sounds like a standard foam earplug. but they work well enough to hear every sound muffled in your skull. not so good for side sleeping, but quick and easy for loud environments. pretty comfortable. dont know why the case accommodates all the eartip sizes that you wont be using. it makes the case double the size it could be holding only the plugs.

Does not block any noise, very uncomfortable to wear, slips out every time i move my head.. total waste of money!!

El material es un poco molesto, si lo comparo con otros tapa oídos que tengo y no fué posible adaptarlos al contorno de mis oídos, pero eso ya es problema de mi fisionomía.

I never liked wearing the “sponge” type earplugs that you have to roll up before inserting into the ear.These are SO much more comfortable !!A Totally better fit !!I ordered more that arrived today !!My husband likes them just as much as I do.( I ordered Black for him & the pretty color for myself ! :)

These work great / just enough to block out surface noises. I use these to help sleep - they help muffle my dogs noises - but can still hear my alarm. The little case is super handy - keeps them corralled.

Don’t really block noise the way regular ear plugs do
