Great item, works well, good value, don't contact Philips for any help as are useless, easy to clean

It's a really good egg cooker and gives consistent results but you have to learn to use the water meaurer correctly to get the right cook.Not sure about the need to puncture the top of the egg, the spike on the bottom of the measurer is brutal!Timing wise, it's probably not a lot quicker than filling up a pan from the kettle, just less faff.It's relatively easy to clean, apart from you'll need to use a drop of oil for poached eggs as it's not non stick.Very compact and doesn't take up a lot of space but the power cord is very short.Seems reasonable for the money if you get it at a discount.

Poor effort. Cooks the eggs ok. Strange shape and very hard to clean the base.Boils over every time.

I made medium boiled eggs and also a poached egg ( this one I have to master how much to cook) they were perfectly done and tasted amazing. Such a good buy. I'm delighted with my product. Thank you.

Quite good does the job I don't have to piers the bottom of the egg in order to boil it I just follow instructions and boil 2 eggs every day and it comes out perfectly boiled my only problem with this product is the cleaning instructions are not quite good as I use washing liquid and water to clean following the instructions of boiling it however this is the result I have even tried scrubbing it off with a liquid and sponge and it's still brown and it makes the bottom of eggs brown imagine I piers a hole at the bottom it would probably make the actual boiled egg brown the image above is me trying my best after boiling and scrubbing with washing liquid following the instructions and it still looks like that id appreciate if the seller suggests me some cleaning products to clean this and make it look like when purchased just for reference the browning happened after like 2 or 3 days of daily 1 time use.

0 stars. This product is awful. The eggs cannot cook. There is not enough time between the eggs cooking and the water running out for the steam. My eggs turned out wet, uncooked and gooey. I wasted 2 eggs.I contacted Phillips and they denied a refund and they can only replace the item which makes no sense to me if my eggs are not cooking. :( very poor customer service.

Works well and good quality, however it does not automatically turns off as cheaper models. There are other options that are better value for money
