This was super easy to put together! Less than 30 minutes by myself. Assembly tool and extra screws were included. The cover had a strange smell but not bad enough to take away a star. Very sturdy and makes no noise at all! Fit under a queen size mattress on a platform bed perfectly and I'm glad I didn't spend triple the money at the furniture store for their version.

Definitely gave a good lift and it hasn’t fallen apart on me yet so I think the sturdiness and stability are nice and good for the money value I got it for. Easy to put together and now I can change the cover whenever I want to wash it if I need to.

The directions were very helpful, they went step by step so you can’t go wrong. Easy to put together didn’t need any extra tools. Everything that you needed was right there. It’s sturdy and quiet. I will be purchasing another one.

The description mentions it is quiet and sturdy. My 100 pound son got use out of it for 2 months before the metal bars twisted and broke off. There is no resolution for replacement as the site tells you to check the user manual--which did not come with the item. I cannot find a way to contact customer service.

Easy to put together would have gave it 4 stars if a section in the middle of the bracket was not damaged. It still works and do its job but that extra support could have made a difference with integrity of the support.

I received my package within two days, as expected. It took about a hour to put together with two people. Once assembled it was very sturdy. All parts were accounted for and now after a week of use we are very pleased with the results and can sleep peacefully with out any problems with back pain from a broken wooden box spring. Great purchase and it will save us money for years.
