I'm honestly not completely sure if this helped because you just can't always tell how long a cold sore was going to last anyway. So the one I got to use with this was gone in a couple of days.

Great to keep on hand for when you need it. It’s easy to take and seems to have good ingredients. Does not taste or smell icky.

I bought it for my shingles, but I realized that it is for the initial stage. It is too late for me. I wanted to return, but they say it was not returnable.

These pills are slightly big, but they are still easy to take. The dosage is a little bit high so I had trouble staying consistent taking them three times a day. Most of the time I would remember twice a day, but I still benefited from them. No adverse effects or stomach problems.

My SO gets cold sores occasionally, and we will try this when it's needed. It sounds like a really good product, and certainly we hope it will work, but there's no way to try it until symptoms appear. Will update when I can.
