Great ergonomic chair
Really nice for my back and the reclining feature is amazing and does not make you feel like you are going to fall.

Absolutely miserable experience—uncomfortable, unsupportive, waste of money!
I bought the Hbada Ergonomic Office Chair with 3D Adjustable Armrests & Adjustable Lumbar Support (Big & Tall Mesh Office Chair) hoping for comfort and quality—but what a complete letdown. • Uncomfortable from day one. The seat is stiff and cheap‑feeling, the backrest digs into you, and the adjustable features don’t help one bit. • Lumbar support? What lumbar support? The so‑called “adjustable lumbar support” doesn’t actually support your back. It slips around, doesn’t stay in place, and provides absolutely ZERO ergonomic relief. • Armrests flop around. The 3D armrests wiggle and don’t lock. They feel flimsy and unreliable—completely useless. • No support from Hbada—ripoff service. When I reached out to return it, Hbada ignored me. They offered no help, no label, no pick‑up, and definitely no refund. • A total waste of money. I paid for a “premium” office chair and got something that feels like a $50 piece of junk. Bottom line: Don’t buy this chair. It’s uncomfortable, unsupportive, and with zero customer service from Hbada, it’s a total waste of your money. Buyer beware.

How is this getting such high reviews?
Not a fan of writing negative reviews, but.... "people should know". Pros * "Looks good" * Wasn't hard to put together, but would have been easier with two people. Cons * One of the main reasons I got this was for the lumbar support & overall adjustability . However, the lumbar support isn't adjustable despite what the video's show: It's 'stuck there', zero adjustment. There's a knob you can twist that does absolutely nothing. * The lumbar support sticks out so far, it's kind of painful. I'm about 6' tall: With my low-back against the lumbar support, my upper back doesn't even tough the back of the chair washout forcing myself into a weird pose. Look at pics of this chair from the side: Look how far that lumbar support sticks out: Least ergonomic placement ever. * The up/down position of the seatback doesn't lock in place: It's held there by gravity while 'clicking' it up until it resets : By 'shifting in the chair', my body would end up lifting the whole seatback based on the lumbar support being crushed into my spine, and thus, would reset the whole seatback to the low position constantly. * Lumbar support would constantly push up the back of my shirt since again, "it's jammed into your back". * I had to physically unbolt the lumbar support entirely to make the chair usable and shove a pillow down there in its place. * The headrest is adjustable, but sits multiple inches behind my head. I have to literally look at the ceiling for my head to touch it while sitting normally. Only supports if you're 'leaning back' in the chair, not when your sitting in it with good posture. * The seat back has multiple sets of bolt points that attach to the seat bottom, giving you the idea it can shift it front/back relative to the seat bottom. The issue is: Those holes have no fixed nuts in them, so you can't actually *do* the adjustments, nor does the chair ship with any extra nuts to put in the holes: I had to buy my own. Re-watching the video's: I realized nearly everyone 'promoting' this chair is actually sitting in it, and when they show how thing are 'adjustable' (like the lumbar), all they're doing is 'twisting the adjustment knob': Which doesn't actually do anything. Read the other 1 & 2 star reviews: They're all on point. A shame, really wanted to like this chair, but to make it usable I've had to Frankenstein it, and even then, it's not much better than the 'simple' chair I got it to replace. Lesson learned: Go sit in them in person first.

hurts a bit to sit for awhile
i recently got this chair after looking into ergonomic chairs since my former gaming chair had started to break a bit. i do love this chair but a few problems is lower back pain and not being able to lock the reclining(to my knowledge). i will say im not very tall im around 5ft to 5'2 but the lower padding thing on the chair just bugs me a lot💔. also, not being able to lock the chair angle brings me a problem as i can never lay down without having to put pressure or force to stay down.. im not trying to be "im so petite and small" but not being very heavy its hard to keep the reclining back🙁. the headrest also doesn't lock(to my knowledge) so thats also a bit tedious to hear the clicking sound whenever i put my head back. love the chair! but for people on the smaller side, it might not be for u💔

Worst Chair Design!
The assembly for this chair was a piece of cake, however. I wish had returned it the moment I put it together. After using this for 6 weeks, its now sitting as a decor in my guest room due to how terrible the engineering of this chair is. Head Rest: perfect high, but horrible extension. The head rest does not move forward for neck support, it tilts up and down. Lower back support: this is the biggest issue! There’s not enough movement of the cushion like to move up and down. This is a TERRIBLE thing. It sits either way too low or not high enough where it should go to support your spine curvature. I’m 5.8 tall and the back support on this is not engineered properly. I felt much better sitting with a regular pillow on a 50$ Chair I got from IKEA. I wish that I could return it, because it’s sitting in my guest room not doing anything. I have had my partner try it and one my friend was so excited to see it, then he was also VERY disappointed by how horrible this chair is. It caused me more neck pain and added to my discomfort. I wish I could give this product Zero stars, especially for how expensive it is! I’m beyond disappointed.

So good!
I honestly didn’t expect to like this chair this much, but it’s been great. The lumbar support actually helps my lower back, and the 3D armrests are super easy to adjust. The mesh keeps me cool, and the chair feels sturdy. Overall, it’s made my work hours a lot more comfortable.

Not much back support and back reclines too easy
I thought it would be better for its medium price point. The Lumbar support is nice but not much support for top of back, the headrest seems far back with no frontal adjustments and chair leans back too easy. The spring is tightened all the way on bottom of chair to its tighest point an am 225lbs. Hopefully it lasts but the plastic, seating and back material mesh I dont see lasting long. Its almost identical to the Sihoo c300 I had which the back plastic support cracked. It seems like identical clone copy but google says both companies use different manufacturers.
