Great for wrists or ankles in water workouts
Purchased due to limited hand strength and using in a physical therapy manner.Weights are easy to put on and secure. Heavy Velcro works well to keep in place on both wrists or ankles (leg stretching).Used always in water and wearing well.

Updated after refund - Only 5 months and one is nearly unusable
Update: within a week of posting this and asking the seller for a resolution, I received a full refund.Had used these an average of twice a week for 5 months before one of them became uncomfortable because failure of the piece that the Velcro is threaded through. It won’t stay in place, slips from vertical to horizontal, which resulted in the Velcro becoming compromised, unable to tighten it properly. Disappointing!! Making a complaint after a month of mental and physical irritation.

Great weights.
I needed ankle weights for exercises that have to be done at the edge of my bed, and these are just what I needed. They’re comfortable and flat enough that they don’t get in the way of the exercise. I definitely recommend them.

These are exactly what I wanted and what I expected. Although they are a bit hard to wrap around my ankle but it just takes some getting used to.

Suggestion for the Velcro strap
I’m paralyzed from the waist down. I can walk in the YMCA pool. I use these weights to help strengthen my legs while I’m walking. The hook part of the Velcro strap irritates my legs. I suggest that the hook strap be a little smaller than the loop strap so that it doesn’t rub on your skin. I trimmed mine about a 1/4 inch on each side and center it on the loop strap so the hooks on the hook strap aren’t sticking in my leg.

Yes, they are great, but I don’t understand why they say waterproof? They didn’t even last me two weeks in Florida, before the Velcro ripped I had to sew it, and order a new pair. But they do work.. just feel waterproof needs to be made better 🤷♀️

Good quality product. Slides on ankle while jogging in the water
The pieces are great except for when jogging and kicking in the water. They slide on the ankle which is not comfortable.
