Best Alternative Flour For Wheat Flour Sufferers
Maskal Teff flour is the best alternative flour for those who love to eat pastry/breads but allergic to wheat. This was my first time using this particular brand and it’s really great. I’m comfortable baking with all types of flour so if you are going to try Teff flour, find recipes that calls for using this type of flour and go for it. For those who struggle with wheat allergies like me, give Teff flour a try, and start with Maskal organic Teff.

Loved this flour, has a mild nutty flavor and is very fine and powdery, worked well to make gluten free pancakes for my kid. Good value when compared to other brands and sizes as well, would purchase again!

I used it once and i mixed it with some whole wheat. Turned out great.

Not what I was expecting 😕 😒
Bought this thinking it is pure teff, but it is not. They mixed it with some other white flour. So, don't expect it it to act or taste like teff. It won't. Not happy at all. Won't be buying this again.
