Solved the problem!
This was the exact same motor as the one that’s in my LG refrigerator model LTCS20020W / 00. Couldn’t even tell a difference between the two. It works perfectly. My refrigerator was still working but it started making a loud running noise that was louder than normal, which worried me. After doing some research and by process of elimination, I figured that the evaporator motor was the problem. Turns out that I was right. Affordable and fairly easy fix. Refrigerator is running quietly again.

Supposedly the original LG fans are not greased from the factory and last about 2ish years if you're lucky. Hopefully these are greased properly for many years of proper function.

Fan noise
Installation was quick and easy. The wire lead on motor was shorter than original. Made it a little difficult to make connection. After 3 weeks I’ve noticed a significant increase in fan motor noise.
