So, I lost my daughter 2 1/2 years ago, and it’s been a struggle for me. We were super close and I tried watching movies or sitcoms to occupy my mind. It hasn’t worked, so I try watching various animal videos, TikTok’s, and stories on various social media platforms. A lot of them make me laugh, but it usually doesn’t last very long. I was coloring online, but, not much joy, so I got some acrylic markers and a mandala coloring book. That turned into painting rocks for a kindness rock garden. My brother and several friends have all said that painting them has shifted my mind set to allow some joy in. I’m having fun creating, and I’m sure my daughter is happy seeing that. These dual tipped paint pens are great, they don’t bleed through if I’m painting a mandala, they don’t run on the rocks, they build up color well, as well as blending too. To break that price down, there are 24 markers, so these great markers would up being .42 cents each.

Decent quality for the price point. These aren’t your typical paint pens with press-in nibs. They come pre-filled and ready to use as-is, but because of this, they occasionally require a vigorous shake to get the paint flowing properly. The opacity is solid overall, but the metallic colors can be difficult to layer over, as other colors tend to struggle adhering on top. There’s a bit of smudging with the nibs, but considering the budget-friendly price, these are a reasonable option for casual use or beginner projects.

I LOVE these. For some reason the other Artistry paint pens I have don't work nearly as well. Actually maybe it's because these are acrylic based and the others are water based. Either way they work right out of the box, the colors are super vibrant, they don't skip on wood surfaces and splatter if it does skip. I only got them yesterday and I am so impressed. I've used them on wood and stone so far. There's a nice range of colors in this box, and there's a fat tip side and a finer tip side which are very nice to have. I know artistry has a great brand of paint pens but since I wasn't really impressed with my old ones I was nervous about buying these but I am so happy I did! And the picture below you could see on the darker heart I painted with my water-based paint pens and the bright hearts I painted with these new ones. Such a difference! Love love love!!!

Great colors. The dual tip is very handy! And it works great on plastic, which is what I primarily needed it for.

Both of my daughters love these markers. Great colors, quick drying and good quality on multiple surfaces. My youngest daughter is 8yrs old and they are easy for her to use and do not bleed through to other sheets in her sketchpad.
