My German Shepard is a very picky eater. He absolutely loves this food. I've noticed his coat is much softer with more of a shine and even his bowel movements look healthier. This is a great product for maintaining weight as well! My boy eats the recommended amount and doesn't beg me for more all day!

I have raised 9 purebred Shelties over the past 28 years and Nutro-Ultra product is really great food! My dogs are spoiled rotten and this food is a great foundation to a dog that has great coat, strong muscles, good eyesight and healthy dogs throughout the years. We add parboiled boneless chicken breast that I chop in a food processor just to supplement the dry food. We sometimes add applesauce or pumpkin or sweet potatoes to the food just to change it up for them.. again spoiled babies! We have only used Nutro products and when Amazon Prime has a deal on it, I buy 2-4 bags at a time.

Well my dog doesn’t seem to live it, but it is healthy and allows for little waste. So we keep feeding it to him. He’s a happy healthy dog.

I’d give it 5 stars but way too expensive I’d been using this brand for ever Tyson and Jake love it wish it was cheaper or coupons

The scent of something fishy pours out straight away as Nutro bag is opened. Smile on my face knows my dog Rolo will get good nutrition with the Salmon.

High quality gluten free product. None of the fillers and scary mystery ingredients found in most dog foods these days. My dog loves it and is really excited when I feed him. Four to six cups a day for his 80 lb size and laid back life style is perfect. In the past 2 months of eating this brand after trying several others, he has lost the chubby belly he had, firmed up some impressive muscle mass, and developed a soft, shiny, luxurious coat. He scratches ALOT less, his stool is firm and compact, and there is no more stomach upset. And I think its a USA product too. For as long as this product remains the same it'll be the only one I buy.My only gripe is with Amazon, not the product itself. The first time I bought this 15 lb product, it cost $31 and change. I came back 2 weeks later to buy another bag and the price (still through Amazon and with the same product number) cost $46! A $16 increase! What???? I went to Petsmart and paid $31 and change for it. Today it is back to $31. This is nuts. That's no way to build a loyal following for a new product.
