I just finished reading *"The Key to Positivity"* by Kristen Butler, and I have to say, it’s really made a difference in how I think and feel every day! I’ve always struggled with negative thoughts and self-doubt, so finding a book that actually helps with that has been a game-changer for me.What I loved most about this book is how down-to-earth Kristen is. A LIFE CHANGING READ! “To thrive is to master the life you really want from your comfort zone”
Kristen has absolutely unveiled the true meaning of living in your “Comfort Zone” as illustrated in this masterpiece of a book. As a writer, I am very critical of books that discuss self expression and reference how to live your life in a better way. In no way does Kristen ever try to persuade her audience to live a certain way, instead she demonstrates methods of successful living that she has used in her life such as the living within your “Comfort Zone” lifestyle. For her, and many others, this lifestyle has proven to be beneficial in many different aspects of life, including mental, physical, and even spiritual. A message from the book that I took great inspiration from was this, “Most people chase their dreams instead of actually expanding into them”. Kristen dives deep into the revelation of having an expanded version of one’s self, that version is the version we strive to be, the version of ourselves that is where we want to be in life, whether that includes success, financial stability, a new job, or even something as simple as happiness. 10/10 recommend if you really want great insight on how to better yourself, for yourself and no one else.

‘The Key to Positivity’ challenges the idea that growth only happens outside the comfort zone.The goal is to EXPAND your comfort zone instead of experiencing stress and burnout when achieving your goals by leaving your comfort zone.A better way to think about growth is to imagine growing from a place of safety, ease, and comfort.When you do that, your brain and nervous system can better make intelligent choices and learn new things.It’s not a weakness to take your time and break big challenges into small, manageable steps, but courage, self-acceptance, and authenticity.This is a helpful book that will give you a completely different perspective on growth and success, improving your quality of life and productivity without stressing you out.
