Levi's Women's 501 Original Shorts (Also Available in Plus)

I love these shorts but I had the added benefit of trying them on in a store prior to buying them online. Which saved me from having to return them. I'm 5'4 approx 120 pounds and average a size 4. I already knew to size UP after trying them on prior. I bought the new denim color and Lunar black. I'm a 27 in the new denim and 28 in Lunar black. Often times darker colors fit tighter. They're perfect 👌🏻 but I would agree with so many, size up. I went from a 26 to 27/28.My waist is quite slender so I could have gone up to a 28 and 29 for the minimal shrink that happened in the wash (no heat tumble dry) but they would have gapped on my waist if struggle with waist to hip ratio I would go by waist as they do stretch back out quite fast after a wash.Comfortable, pockets are great, distressing just right, inseam fits well, wash great, feel very durable

I love these shorts. I have a 26" waist and 34" hip and weigh 110lbs. I'm a 24 in Levi jeans, and my old pair of Levi shorts are a 23. I read in the reviews that these shorts ran small, and I find that to be true. I ordered a 24 instead of a 23, and when they arrived I compared the sizes of both shorts. I included a photo with new pair size 24 on top of the old size 23 pair. You can see in the photo that they appear to be the same size. I cannot speak for the other styles of shorts, but for this wash I can say that you'll need to size up. They don't have a lot of room to stretch and will shrink up a bit after wearing, so keep that in mind before ordering. Can't really beat Levi denim. I'll always wear Levi's!

Love these Levi 501 shorts! I originally ordered 2 pairs in my usual size 30, but when they arrived I tried them on and they were both too short (cheeks out) and very tight. I returned them and decided to go up to a 32 in the black because that pair was not as short as the Indigo worn in pair, they are the perfect length only reason for the 4 starts is they are kind of loose in the waist but that's OK I would return and try a 31 but they weren't available in that size, worn them out and got lots of compliments about how cute they were! Great purchase if you get them on sale even better! Just ordered the Indigo worn in pair in a size 32 can't wait to see how they fit!

Super great deal when on sale. I had to order one size up to what I usually wear for comfort. But these shorts are not too short and are perfect for summer. I bought them for a Hawaii trip so I'm excited to wear them!Only thing is that I heard Levi's on Amazon vs Kohls vs actually store are made of different material. I'm not sure how true this is but it does feel solid and not cheaply made. This is my first pair too so I don't really have any other to compare it with but I'm satisfied with thr fit and look.

Really good shorts! I’m 5’5 and 165lbs, I got a size 30 and they fit perfectly. Not too tight or too loose! And they’re not too short either, they pretty much come right under my butt cheeks which is what I wanted. I was scared they would be too short and actually show some cheekage but nope! They’re perfect! I’m definitely going to get another pair soon in a different color. They aren’t very stretchy but as long as you get your size you’ll be fine, they’re very comfortable and I’m extremely picky with jeans. I got my normal size and they fit perfect if not better than other brands. I always loved Levi jeans for their fit! I normally wear leggings or skirts/dresses!

I got Blow Big Horns and they run small and don't fit like classic original Levi's at least not on me. Size up 1. This isn't the first time buying different colors of Levi's and sizing being off. These have a smaller waist and are bigger in the hip area like a curvy fit.

I got 4 different pairs of levis and everything fit I was worried because some negative reviews of the shorts being to small so I sized them based on the reviews 138 lbs size 32 5'6 they fit perfect my body type is a pear shape no tightness around the legs or waist I'm around a size medium in most things I'd say it's pretty true to size for denim no stretch I think they are cute never bought levis happy with my purchase they were 20 dollars I will definitely buy shorts at this price it was a steal

True to size and definitely a real denim color is exactly like pic and I need every color there is definitely no stretch and I mean If you think real denim is comfy then they are good but if you want more comfort I would size up and they are short on me so if your looking for a booty short then these are it
