Great way to access my knives when cooking this stores them away neatly and safety on my kitchen counter. Good knives for cutting too.

Dose not take up a lot of space and looks great on the counter top.

You are better off getting an uncoated stainless steel knife because you do not want the coating in your meals. The blades are extremely sharp though and I like the convenient storage.

This set is a hazard. The knives aren't that sharp, which is dangerous by itself. It also tips over easily. The bottom should be weighted much more. I disapprove.

Doesn't seem like it will last long. But it was inexpensive. Wouldn’t buy again . Not a fan of the color either

YF-TOW Knife Set, 6-Piece Black Kitchen Knife Set with Universal Knife BlockLet me just say I wasn't too optimistic about these knives given the price point; however, they have proven me absolutely wrong! These knifes are so lightweight it doesn't even feel like you are holding a knife, the blades are thin and they are extremely sharp! I have been using the paring knife for several weeks and it is nearly as sharp and nice to use as my $70 chef's knife!The blades are covered in a black non-stick coating similar to a non-stick pan and so far I have had no issues with this coating. I have not attempted to sharpen the knife and do wonder if there could be an issue considering the sharpener I have pulls the sides of the knife from both directions. I don't anticipate issues and will update my review if necessary.This set comes with 5 knives, a standard 12" knife, a chef's knife, a utility (paring) knife and a cleaver. The container to hold the knives is round and plastic with evenly distributed plastic spacers so you can fit the knives in the container however you wish. Personally I'm not a fan of the container, but I also don't have room on my counter for it so I keep the knives in a drawer. The container is plastic and looks plastic, although it is black the top is beige/ yellow. The set also comes with a set of 5 measuring cups and 5 measuring spoons, also black, which was a nice addition.All in all, this is a lot of excellent knives and extras - for the price you can't go wrong!
