This works very well, I use it to read comics/books and play video games. But it took almost a week for it to unfurl from its packaged state completely.

This cozy desk pillow is amazing. I had no idea something like this existed and so glad I found this product. I work from home and am constantly working on my laptop on the couch or my bed. This makes working from the couch so much more cozy and easy. The desk pillow came tightly packed and at first I was skeptical it would actually give enough support or even do anything, but once it had a few minutes to reshape it was nice and full and provides excellent lap desk support. I love the soft fabric and gray blue color. I highly recommend.

I’m 5’4” and this was huge!!!! If you are tall, this is for you. If you are short, don’t buy.

I bought this product to use while on a trip up north so I could do work in bed because I knew there wouldn't be a desk and the dining chairs are incredibly uncomfortable. However, I quickly discovered that the height is a tad too high. I may be 5'3" but I have a long torso which makes me equivalent to someone about 5'6" sit down. This reading pillow was sturdy but too high. It forced my arms to sit too far up--I felt like I was sitting at a high chair for toddlers. Perhaps for someone much taller than me, it would work better. I would also mention that it sits around the torso and while it was fine for me as a small person, it may not be the case for everyone. In short, it's a great idea in theory but not so great on the execution.

I work from the house, so I thought this would be nice for the couch vs sitting at my desk. I find it hard to sit back. I need to be upright then laptop is flat vs an angle, so it's not ergonomic or comfortable...In bed I like to read woth my Kindle. So I invert the pillow and place it behind me...aha! That works! My back is supported and I can comfortably read. So my star rating is more for the latter, it works great as a support pillow.

This lap desk is absolutely stunning with its beautiful color and soft material. However, I do have a couple of minor gripes. Firstly, it lacks the sturdiness I was hoping for. Perhaps adding an internal board for stability would make a huge difference. Secondly, the height is not quite right for me. It seems like there's a significant gap between my legs and the desk, which, combined with its softness, causes it to sink in when I place my laptop on it. If only it had some internal support to make it more stable, it would be perfect.
