Works great if you jump rope regularly. There is no slip on the rope so you don't have to keep tightening the rope's grip on the handle. This is a common problem with cheap jump ropes where you have to unscrew the handle and make sure the inside "rubber stop" hasn't lost all the rope slack. The tail end of this jump shot is hollow, so you can keep the rope longer (instead of cutting off extra slack or folding it inside the handle). The extra rope will stick out, but it's great if you share the rope with people who are shorter or taller than you.

This jump rope is so/so. It's really long and there's no way to shorten it anymore. I'm still able to use it, but I do get tripped up on it a lot.

I only recently found out about bearings on jump ropes.I grew up with jump rope for heart, and use to do all the fun tricks. My heart is quite healthy thank you.But this is a whole new world of jump ropes, weighted handles, smooth bearings, super lightweight cable.Fully adjustable length, smooth spinning.It is just a whole new world that I wasn't expecting.The handles also look good, which I care a lot less about.I do wish it came with pads for the handles, so it was easier to grip, but that is a minor complaint for a product this good.
