I found this super helpful for a painful knee. I get pain under my kneecap when squatting or lunging and found that this provides just enough support to allow me to carry on exercising. It makes my knee feel more stable and secure. It is comfortable to wear and I have been able to wear it all day when needed. Fits well and has lots of room to loosen off if needed. Can occasionally pinch at the back of the knee if it is slightly too tight but easy to adjust.

It was fortuitous that this came up as I'd been suffering with pain in my knee for a few days. I thought I'd give this brace a go to see if my symptoms were reduced.I did get the bigger size but should have gone for the smaller as I wasn't able to tighten the brace properly, the velcro did hold it where I needed but the smaller would have been easier to adjust. It's very soft and the gel pad on the inside of the brace is comfortable and supportive. I did find it quite difficult to find the right position for the band around the leg. What felt okay for activities where I was upright was wrong when I sat down and it cut into my leg. if I adjusted position then I didn't feel it was giving the right support. AI could have loosened the brace whilst seated but as I'm up and down all day I would be forever tightening/loosening.Overall I did find that the Freetoo Knee Brace helped my problem as the pain has lessened. I think I will use the brace as support when I take longer walks to avoid overuse of the tendons. And I've even offered it to my husband for support when he's playing golf, it'll probably fit him better anyhow.

This product does not give enough support to my bad knee, otherwise its easy to fasten and comfortable. Just light support only. Maybe ok for sport support nothing more.

About 5 weeks out from my race date I started suffering with knee pain and didn't think I would be able to take part in my 100k race that I had planned. Anyway, my physio suggested buying a knee strap and just go to the start line and see what I can do! Anyway, I did not even expect to be able to get half way let alone complete the whole 100k!!! I had to adjust several times through the run but that's the be expected over such a long distance. Also, I should add, it didn't rub at all which is amazing when I had never used one in training! Super pleased!!!
