This product brought my levels up above what was necessary in short order. I recommend this product. Folks check your levels, ask for testing of iron and vitamin D and other levels if you feel sluggish. Take ownership of your health.

50000 IU is hard to find. I'm taking 100000 IU a day trying to rase my vitamin D level.

These are very tiny capsules but very potent. You just need to take one per week.

Think that you ONLY need 5000 IU of vitamin D3 in the late fall and winter? Guess again! Sun exposure in the summer significantly boosts your body production of D3 and actually builds a surplus quantity that will last only a short while in the late fall as direct sunshine subsides. If you only get modest exposure to the sun in summer time there is no need to supplement. Winter time is a different story. Most folks in the northern hemisphere get virtually no exposure to sunshine in the winter. No supplement is absorbed 100% but this has enough D3 punch to help overcome vitamin D deficiencies most of us have. Get this stuff and use it and, like me, you, too, will be singing it's praises. So glad to have found this product.New update 2/4/2024: Vitamin D is a fat soluble nutrient and stores in the body fat cells. Vitamin D and calcium work together especially to nourish bone health. If you want to know what your Vit D levels are you can ask your Dr to order a lab test to check it. Also some medical labs will allow patrons to self order for a fee. If you need Vit D or just think you do then I highly recommend this product.
