Great series for 7 year old
I purchased this series for my seven year old to keep up with reading over the summer. He loves the "Bad Guys", so this series is perfect. It has a ton of sight words, but also words that are a little beyond a second grade reading level that give a little challenge.

Must-Have Series for Any 3rd Grade Classroom
The Bad Guys box set is a hit in my 3rd grade classroom library. My students love this series. It is funny, engaging, and perfect for reluctant readers. The books are paperback, but they have held up well with daily use by lots of eager hands. If you are a teacher or building a classroom library, this set is a great addition.

Great buy
I wanted to introduce my 7 year old to series type books to keep him occupied for the summer. I didn't know what to expect as I only bought these based on reviews and the reading level...this was a hit!!! My son loved them, he read all 5 books in less than a week and asked for parts 6-10. I'm excited about him being excited about reading. I'm getting the rest of the series in my next purchase.
