This chilli oil is incredible! It's versatile enough for cooking, marinating, or just as a dip. The heat level is significantly higher than your average chilli oil, thanks to the Bhoot Jholokia, but it’s the delicious flavor that truly makes it stand out. Highly recommend for anyone who loves to add a bit of excitement to their dishes

Smells so good
Even before opening the chili I could smell the deliciousness. I added this to my ramen and it definitely made it spicy and a warm red coloring! Taste wise, it is wonderful and just a little is needed.

Hot but not the hottest
If you like your food with a serious kick, this chili oil is for you. The heat from the Bhoot Jolokia chillies is pretty decent, but it’s also super flavorful. I’ve been drizzling it on everything from noodles to pizza, and it adds the perfect amount of heat and depth. Just a little goes a long way, so this jar is going to last me a while.

Not scary hot but it does get your mouth and tongue tingling
There are lots of chili oils out there and if you want one that is spicy hot, then this one will do it. I wouldn’t say it’s so hot that it’s going to burn your taste buds away but it does offer plenty of kick.I like to mix this with some sesame oil and a bit of soy sauce to make a spicy dip for pot stickers. It does well for that purpose.

Good hot chili oil
I'm pretty pleased with this hot chili oil. The #9 is made with Bhoot Jolokia (ghost pepper) chili peppers. It has a good flavor with a hint of garlic and spices. It is hot but not ghost pepper hot. If you are expecting a super hot oil, this may not be it. Having said it, it still packs a good punch heat-wise. It has a paste of bits and pieces in the oil. I add this to a stir-fried dish and it is spicy and flavorful. It also works well on fried eggs and as a dipping sauce for dumplings, etc. It comes well-packaged in a carton box with a cardboard cushion inside. Overall, a good hot chili oil. Flavorful and spicy. Worth a consideration. Made in India.
