It's a very quiet fan, so good for night time. Airflow is ok, good size and reasonable quality although I didn't get any screws to fix it onto the base.

Arrived safe and sound. Delivered by a very polite Evri driver. Well packaged. The base is made up of two halves that just click together then 4 screws secure it. I’m 82 and found it no trouble at all. Indent top back gives an easy handhold and the light weight unit picks up easily. Of course you can hear it even on lowest setting but it isn’t in the least distracting. If the forecast extreme heatwave arrives I would quite happily set it on low close to my bed & enjoy the lovely cool breeze it sends out. It is manual button operated and simplicity - buttons are a bit clunky but easy to use.

Fan not too noisy, easy to use and keeps me cool. Now have two of these and just hope they last as long as my previous one

After using it for some time, it's about what I'd expect for the price. It came obviously used/repackaged as the cable was wrapped poorly and not where it was meant to be along with being a bit dirty, but didn't want to deal with returning if it worked well.The vonhaus is pretty loud at any setting but especially at max, to the point where it's a bit hard to tune it out when watching something but not impossible and I probably couldn't sleep with it on. The airflow isn't the best, but it's a tower fan so it's meant for distributing air in a whole room.In comparison to other fans, I only have an £80 dreo (£20 goes to app features so essentially £60) and a £20 argos desk fan. Compared to my dreo, it's probably about 3-4x louder for the same air flow and about 1/4 as fast when both are at max.As for a basic desk fan, it's louder for the same air flow if you just want directed air flow. It does feel about the same quality as most generic £20-30 tower fans so it's honestly fine.Overall, it's an adequate tower fan as long as it doesn't come used but if it's on offer and you get a new one then you'll probably be happy with it.

Airflow:Great fan, it puts out a ton of air, runs pretty quietly and seems to be a bit more sturdy than other similar style fans I’ve had before.

Good flow of air BUT this device has a manual timer and sounds like an old school egg timer, ticking until the timer runs out. Annoyingly even if you do not want the timer function and just use manually it still ticks constantly even in the box before being plugged in. Sorry drove me bonkers within 10 mins and returned.

Great fan for the price. I bought it for an elderly family member. Easy to use, sturdy and effective. Space saving in a room. I gave it a four star as the small front tray for aromatic oils showed no extra benefit and I could not smell anything but would definitely recommend this product.
