A few niggles
Okay lets be clear most things about this fan a greatOut of all the USB/Battery fans I have its the most powerful running at air speeds of 7.1 mph for low, 8.7 mph on medium and finally 10.3 mph on high, my other fans on high would be closer to the low value with this fan.Its well made the stand is made of aluminium and the case is a really nice touch to store or carry it in between campsites etc.The light works perfectly fine if you have a need for it so for things like camping it would save you taking a tent lamp for instanceThe modes are three power modes and then a random speed option which is meant to make the airflow more like a natural breeze, there is a nicely paced oscillation option aswell which isn't mentioned much in the blurb bit it is thereSo whats if anything is wrong with itThe stand isn't the most stable the arms for me don't have enough angle on them so it always feels like it could be pushed over too easily and the only way to make it more stable is to drop the centre post down which then removed the hight element, you do get a extension to the centre post but that appears to be more to push into soft ground, which for many use cases isn't practical (ground sheet, table, patio etc. So Ive knocked half a star off for that. The other issue is two part and one is declared but isn't ideal and that is that it takes 8 hours to charge, the worse part of that though is if you have it charging and running at the same time it don't charge (now Im not sure if its stopped from doing so or if its because the fan power is using the same power which would normally charge the battery) + The other issue with the battery though is that claimed unto 32 hours of use and then later it claims 15 hours, I can only assume the 32 hours is for led light mode only as I also found at low speed setting it lasted approx 15 hours. So half a star off for the oddities with the battery. So apart from it not charging when in use and the wonkyish stand its a really nice multi function fan that as an added bonus of being a phone charger at a pinch.
