Very good mouse
Works without a mouse matt. Very comfortable. All the buttons work perfectly. Batterys are still going strong after 5 months. I would buy another one.

A good but not great mouse.
Over the last few months I have been looking to update my ergonomic mouse. For the last few years I have mainly been using Technet mice, which do an exceptional job for the price, but I lost the dongle for one, and the second after 6 years of use broke after I tried cleaning it too hard (my fault). First I bought a Logitech MX 2S, which whilst very good, was overkill for me needs, and didn't have the angled design that I prefer, so I thought I would try the UGreen Ergonomic Vertical Mouse. So the positives are I like the size of the UGreen mouse. It fits my hand well and is comfortable (for the most part to use). The button position is good. Occasionally, I have issues accidentally clicking the thumb buttons, but the thumb buttons on this mouse are far enough away that I am not going to click them, whilst also being easy to access. The mouse tracks well (make sure you take off the plastic on the underside) and I like that you get both a dongle and access to Bluetooth. When I bought this I thought it had a built-in battery, but I was mistaken. It takes 2 AA batteries. I use Eneloop so replacing and recharging is easy.Whilst, I think this mouse is good. I don't think it is perfect, and have a few issues. I like that the scroll wheel is metal, but the angle of the mouse means I am constantly scrolling on the edge of the scroll wheel, so I would have liked it to be a little more rounded. The plastic feels a little cheap, and I am not sure that I am a fan of the ribbing on the side of the mouse, which doesn't feel particularly nice. This is a very minor quible but still noticeable.Overall, this is a good mouse, but not massively better than the Technet mouse I owned, it does have built in bluetooth but overall, it is just a good mouse with a few minor issues that stop me giving the mouse 5 stars.

Takes a bit of getting used to but well worth it!
Have been using it for the past few days. It does take a bit of getting used to, but I wouldn't go back to using a traditional mouse since getting repetitive strain injury using one for a long time. The Bluetooth connection works seamlessly with my Chrome OS system. If you haven't tried an ergonomic mouse like this before, I'd certainly recommend it. I know it's already helped reduce some of my pain in a short space of time as the position of your hand is natural even though it might not feel so at first.

My new favorite type of a mouse
I bought this as a backup mouse to the conventional mouse which has since packed up. This has become very useful and in fact the only one in use. I like it and the family have grown to like it as well. It is sturdy, easy to use and responsive. The design is different however not strenuous on the hand. It is very responsive based on the settings [quick vs slow response]. It works well with my PC without lag. It is fit for purpose.

Fundamentally the buttons are in the wrong place.
I came from an Inphic mouse - trad style buttons to go back and forth on web pages etc are by your thumb - you have very little roll your thumb to access them.I nowadays age were back and forth jump buttons used much more than just browsing this its important at least to me to have the buttons near my thumb. This mouse made me have to reach for the buttons with thumb which was very much a stretch when you are used to having them so close to thumb so to speak. So fundamentally i knew now i had to look for slightly more expensive which then seem to address this problem and put the buttons where your thumb is resting and not have to reach or adjust your hand to click them.Tried this ,UTech and Technet style mouse's all with i realised this fundamental ergonomic issue for me.Returned all three tried all three back to back.

Great value mouse, premium quality
Feels very premium, works smoothly with my Mac without using the USB dongle. This is a major benefit as you don’t need to worry about latency caused by the USB dongle which I have had with other mice on Mac.

Good quality mouse with some issues
Please see below following 3 months use with the mouse.FOR-Good build quality. Feels like it will last. Think better than Ankor but slightly less than top end Logitech.-Feels great in hand and up forearm. Highly ergonomic and can tell a lot of thought has gone into the shape.-Buttons have a good click and are quiet. Mouse wheel good quality and scrolls great.-Great battery life/power saving. I haven't changed the battery yet.-Very responsive in USB mode, less so in Bluetooth but this is to be expected and not a fault against the mouse.AGAINST-Changing connection and off buttons are small and located underneath the device. I have been dazzled by the mouse laser when pressing. Not ideal if you want to constantly use these.-Can't be configured to prevent waking computer out of sleep when in USB mode. The mouse has been set to prevent waking in windows device manager but still does so when moving the mouse or clicking a button. This has been tested on 2 different computers with windows 8.1 and 10, yielding the same results. All my other wireless mouse and keyboards work as expected, it is only this mouse. Workaround is to turn mouse off when not using or only use Bluetooth. Again not ideal, as will be blinded by mouse laser when turning back on.-Changing connection from USB to Bluetooth causes driver error in Windows 8.1 and requires reboot in order to reconnect. This might be an isolated issue with my particular device.Overall I felt this is a good value mouse with some issues. I would not recommend for someone who moves the mouse out of the way while a computer has been put to sleep. I would also not recommend for someone who will be constantly switching between USB and Bluetooth connections.
