I'm a MIDI nerd and brought that over with me to my electric guitar playing. I like building boards with only full stereo, MIDI-enabled effects pedals. You can do a lot of interesting things with this, such as global patch management across all pedals, and envelopes and LFOs over MIDI between different pedals. The main downside to this is more cables and more complexity. MIDI cables in particular tend to be big, bulky, and stiff, and really hard to route on the underside of my pedalboard in a clean manner. Not so with these CME MIDI cables, These are the best ones I've found for this use; the cables are thin and very flexible, and much easier to route. The angled plugs are also the lowest-profile I've ever seen and take up very little space. Having the cable come out at a right angle and at 45 degrees from the upright axis is also very clever, as you can even squeeze the cables in even when two MIDI ports are very close together. I'm stockpiling these MIDI cables now to make sure I always have some of these on hand, haha. Great job CME! The price is also not bad at all.

I grabbed these when I was initially setting up a recording studio and had a different MIDI controller. But once I started getting things in place, I realized I would be better served using a different audio controller that included MIDI, which meant I needed longer cables. So I returned these to get longer ones. But that initial setup, they worked fine, cables were nice and thin and easily bent and routed from point A to B.

These work great with the CME U6MIDI PRO. Because of the low profile positioning of the cord, they can fit well in a cramped space. I only wish it was a six-pack instead of four. Still a good value though.

Used this pack to connect up my CME WIDIThru6 BT and the space savings from Hosa molded cables is great. The wire is thin, but robust and the connections are out of the way now. The connectors are mirrored as far as cable exit, so you can plan out how your cable runs work. This is a well thought out product and I will be buying again.

Does the job, but you really have to think about the positioning of your equipment a bit much. Really good low profile if you can arrange things properly. Hard to find angled midi cables, so glad with these.

Great cables. I’ve used mine for over a year and they’re still going strong.

So far I’m very happy with these. I like that the plug is low profile and the angle of the cable at the plug end allows the cable to work well regardless of the orientation of the jack(s) you’re plugging into.

I like the offset angle and low profile for tight spaces. I'm not move the cables around much in my studio so I expect them to hold up fine. But I'm not sure I would trust them for routine set up and tear downs though.

Cumplen exactamente lo que prometen. Los conectores son increíblemente delgados y el ángulo de 45 grados es un salvavidas para conectar equipos en espacios reducidos. La calidad de construcción es sólida y no hay pérdida de señal.

Exactly what I needed. More flexible positions than other cables like the rockboard ones. The sockets are perfect, the cable itself is a bit thin but helps with flexibility. Good fit when you have limited space on the back of your interface or instrument. Only downside I can think of is you need to buy 4, while 2 makes more sense, and the limited options in length. (the longest is 90cm)

Ottimi, permettono di salavre molto spazio e rendere ordinata la catena di synth modulari. L'unico appunto è per l'angolazione a 45 gradi del cavo, se si usano 2 cavi insieme tipo midi in e midi thru, lo spazio è ridottisimo e rischiano di non entrare
