This is a darling hat, the inner band can be tightened to fit your head and it has 2 hidden loops if you want to add a tie or ribbon under your chin to hold it on.

Love the hat!! I hate that the box was too small, and the brim was bent on two sides.

I love this hat. It only loses a star because you must be very careful not to place the brim on an uneven surface or it will bow.
