This is a good option if you are trying to cut back on carbs but not flavor. It still has carbs, yes, but it's a far cry from a burger and fries and is way better for your health.

This soup is very yummy. Very affordable. I pay 3x as much at the grocery store. Need more ruffage? Throw in a can of mixed vegetables.

Almost as good as restaurant fresh. I add 2 eggs instead of one but it’s great flavor. Add veggies too and you would have convincing fake for restaurant fresh.

The best soup mix ever!

I love these soup packets and I was so happy to find them on Amazon. I normally get them from Safeway or Longs in Hawaii. Just adding an egg and having quality soup is so nice.

I use this soup mix as a base for other ingredients. I add frozen peas and carrots, dumplings, noodles, shredded cabbage, chopped chicken meat, etc. for a fast meal. My only criticism is the high sodium content. Also, the mix has changed and there isn't as much of the shredded seaweed in it.
