THE most amazing Cookbook ever!
In my long relationship with cooking, I have never felt the need to READ a Cookbook from cover to cover, but this book is packed full with knowledge, tips, and AMAZING recipes, I didn't want to miss a single thing, and I'm glad I made that choice. I would consider myself to be a good cook, but I have learnt a lot that has really changed the way I approach each meal after reading/studying this book. There are plenty of recipes to suit most needs, if not all, when it comes to vegan cooking. Each recipe has plenty of detail, easy to follow steps, and an 'alternative' option for those that can't add certain ingredients like nuts and soy to the food. You can tell it has had a lot of time and effort put into it, it's fantastic! All in all, this is by far the best vegan Cookbook I have, and I have many!An easy 5 stars ✨

Wonderful book
I am so thrilled with this book. With so much useful knowledge it's more of an encyclopaedia than a recipe book! Love the photography and how it's structured. So far have learned a very successful way to produce crispy tofu (something that I had never managed before) and fallen in love with a chickpea curry. The recipes are well written and there seem to be lots of instances for tweaks/adaptations which I really appreciate as a Europe-based home cook attempting to feed young children. Would highly recommend to anyone, vegan or not!

Gorgeous, friendly, fun and useful.
Just like the author.I've been watching Nisha's excellent youtube videos for years and it has genuinely transformed not only how I cook, but also my ability to invent entirely new meals and sauces. This book is an excellent resource, well laid out, beautifully illustrated and organised and full of great tips. It's also a superb accompaniment to Nisha's Youtube videos. Her personality comes through rather well in the book and her love of food and invention is infectious. As an ex meat eater, her recipes have been a bright, radiant sun, shining forth against the backdrop of dull vegan alternatives that used to beset me. Thank you Nisha for your inspiration, your hilarious videos (especially the burp bloopers), and your infectious inventive delicious food summoning spirit.

Big flavours and vegan cooking
. This book is an in-depth look into the techniques, ingredients and “building blocks”needed to maximise the enjoyment of a vegan diet. I am not even a vegan! but RPL, Nisha and this book has accelerated my journey to a plant based diet.

Very HIGHLY recommended
It's a much larger book than I expected - I'd not properly read the dimensions in the information section - It has become my 'coffee table' book. It's absolutely crammed with information on how to cook, what goes with what, tips and so on and obviously it has 150 delicious recipes. Much like her YouTube site she takes you through all of the aforementioned in a light, friendly manner. Absolutely worth getting for the new Vegan/Plant Based cook and for those that have been PB for years..

Perfect Vegan Cookbook
Nisha's YouTube channel has elevated my vegan cooking beyond all recognition. Even when I was away with only some oil, sugar, salt, half lemon and some paprika in the store cupboard of the place I was staying I was able to make a very delicious vegan meal with just some beans onion and lentils because of what I've learned from Nisha in terms of balance and flavours.I have never been excited to receive a cookbook but I was beyond excited to receive this book and it hasn't disappointed it's got all the information I want and amazing looking recipes. I can't wait to get cooking.

Complicated and very expensive recipes to make
It's a nice book with some lovely recipes but trying to follow the recipes is quite difficult. Most of the recipes contain other recipes that you have to make up to be able to do the recipe. It can be super time consuming to try and make one of these recipes. Each recipe will contain another recipe telling you to refer to another page to get instructions. For instance you will get a recipe for a nice salad or veg dish and part way through the recipe it will tell you to add some whipped feta and walnut crunch and then direct you to the pages to make these up so to make one simple salad you have to follow 3 different recipes and you need tons of ingredients which can make the recipes very exepensive as most of the stuff is not your usual store cupboard stuff. A Bit of a shame as the book is otherwise quite nice but just takes far too long to make anything.
