Neatec M31C Multifunction Upright Steam Mop and Handheld Steam Cleaner (Champagne)

Great steamer, I’ve had this for over a month or two now and I think I have steam cleaned just about everything in the house. So easy to use on laminate floors and rugs. Also have used as a handheld and cleaned the dinning table chairs as my kids certainly get them dirty, it’s been a good buy and price was good too. Far better than a more expensive one I had before that the water tank had a crack and leaked.

In the product brochure showing accessories that come with steamer it said measuring jug which I have not received and micro floor cloth (4 pcs) only received one

Biggest disappointment was the water container. From the beginning it was difficult to open and couple of times it got stuck and the lever did not operate. Also it does not fit into its position easily. It took considerable force & time to open. I stopped using it, I went on a holiday and now unable to return due to time bar.

I have been searching for micro floor cloths and carpet floor cloths but can't find any could you help serial number 16070197 model 1206a5704BSU thank you

really good and useful cleaning tool, my friend already borrowed it to make her housework easier

had to return this as it just didn't work, seller was ok though. Product didn't look very well made to me..

Not as good as my last one. Plus who ever put it together put where you wrap the cord the wrong way round.

Use on floors and carpets . Does the job
