Beautifully presented these hand-carved 'Iberico de Bellota' slices are presented on a plate within a 3D card sleeve. Each slice has been hand-carved by the renown Anselmo Perez - winner of 11 national awards for ham-carving. The iberico pigs are raised in Guijuelo, where they roam free in the los Jarales and los valhondos estates and graze on high quality acorns.
