The watch is good and gives close to accurate values. The Zepp app is also good. Every functionality that is promised works fine. There is no lag in the software and works smoothly. Weight is also light. Watch durability is good but the strap buckle durability is doubtful because it is so fragile for a rugged watch.

I was using fireboltt and was not at all satisfied with its short battery capacity and even it's quality.I have had four fire bolt watches and one of the watches even the button came off! This is an amazing and a sturdy watch and the battery is a lot better than Fireboltt.I got this watch a week back and the battery was on 60 percent and now it is on 41 percent! GPS is helpful for my walks and jogging.I have had one more amazfit watch for years now so I knew they make good quality watches.Full paisa vasool! Go for it!

Best in class smartwatch! Has all the feature one needs for daily purpose! The accuracy is ON POINT! Comfortwise it is Okay'ish! Overall a good smartwatch in budget!

Received defective product and amazon refused to take it back. So, I tried to contact the service center but they sent me the same watch and they even opened the watch which makes it 0% waterproof. here's the full story. I purchased the Amazfit T-Rex 2 watch with high hopes, drawn in by its advertised durability and impressive features. However, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to alert potential buyers about my ordeal with Amazfit's product and service. I bought this watch on December 13, 2023, enticed by claims of withstanding extreme conditions like -40 degrees Celsius to 158 degrees Fahrenheit, shock resistance, dust resistance, and a 10 ATM waterproof rating. Unfortunately, the reality has been a far cry from these assurances. Right out of the box, the heart rate and blood oxygen sensors were dysfunctional. Furthermore, the display frequently blacked out, and the buttons became unresponsive, rendering the watch practically unusable. I promptly reported these issues via email and WhatsApp on December 17, 2023. Amazfit requested that I return the watch for servicing, which I did on December 25, 2023. However, upon receiving it back on January 10, 2024, I was dismayed to find evident scratches on the back screws, indicating the watch had been opened and serviced. Disappointingly, the problems persisted—the buttons still malfunction, and the display continues to blackout intermittently. I am deeply dissatisfied with both the watch's performance and Amazfit's service. As a consumer who invested hard-earned money in this purchase, I expected a reliable product that lived up to its promised features. Instead, I encountered poor quality and unfulfilled assurances. I caution potential buyers to reconsider purchasing this product due to its unreliability and the lack of satisfactory resolution from Amazfit's customer service. My experience has left me disheartened and wary of trusting their claims and products in the future. In summary, the Amazfit T-Rex 2 watch failed to meet its advertised standards, and the customer service provided fell far below expectations, resulting in a highly dissatisfied customer. Buyers, please be aware and consider other options before investing in this product.

Better then garmin,accurate, battery life is amazing, lasted 10 days on full charge, if you wear it in the night too while sleeping, might loose battery sooner, otherwise very cool product, just loved it, close your eyes and buy it. It's worth every penny

I have ordered this watch about a year ago.. Trust me over the time this is one of the best smart watch your money can buy. Great look, very rugged and does the job very well. Incredible backup.. I get about 18-21 days of backup. Don't have to run around to charge the watch. Over last year, quite a few software updates have come up and made the watch more efficient. It's expensive, but worth every penny. You will find other similar watches for less price, but this is built like a brick. I have traveled snorkeled, dived, ran.. Rode on bikes.. This does an amazing job. This is one watch which will last a lifetime. Don't go behind cheaper watches, they will not stick up to your expectations. Overall I'm very happy about this watch. It looks strong, rugged and you have different watch faces for every occasion. Highly recommended. Blindly go for it. The touch on the screen is swift, no lags. You cannot take calls on this.. But rest of the features are great. The gps, compass are very accurate. You have camera and music controls on the watch. Straps are very comfortable. The altimeter and barometer works great. Only wish if we can get different color straps. I wear it 24/7..super satisfied with the watch.

I am writing this review after using the product for over a year. While the watch offers good features and performs well overall, there are a few significant drawbacks that affect the user experience: Battery Life: With regular workout tracking enabled, the battery lasts only about 2.5 days. Even under ideal usage, it stretches to around 10 days, which falls short of the advertised 16-day battery life. Strap Quality & Availability: The strap quality is below expectations. I had to replace it twice within a year. Additionally, replacement straps are not easily available online or at reputed watch stores. If the watch is under warranty, strap replacement can take nearly a month, which is inconvenient. Service Support: There is no walk-in service center available, even in a major city like Bangalore, which makes after-sales support cumbersome. Overall, while the product has strong features, improvements in battery performance, accessory quality, and service accessibility are necessary to enhance the overall ownership experience.
