Bought this to try it out, it's great! I started with the easiest and it was a struggle at first. I can feel the improvements.I leave it out and find myself picking it up and using it often. Glad I decided to try this out.

Great starter routine for weak hands!
Easy to use! I had instructions from my PT, so that made using them easier! Start with the least resistance to avoid hand cramps, if you know your hands are weak.

Excellent grip strengthener therapy tools
Good material. Comes with three levels of strength in pounds to start low and work your way up. I been needing these for years for therapy to strengthen my weak hands I am loosing muscle and this item is helping me greatly. I am already recovering my grip strength. Than you so much.

May require two functional hands or assistance to get some of the products working
The hand grips in their various strengths were a good option. Still, a person with difficulty in dexterity may have problems trying to get their fingers into the small holes of finger exerciser devices. The finger exerciser holes were very small and required two functional hands or assistance to get them on.

Good for HAND PT
Needed this for PT from a wrist fracture. Great for working my way through the different resistances as I gain my strength back. Definitely recommend as doing your PT exercises every day rather than just when you go to the actual physical therapist is better for a speedy recovery.
