What a great product. I can’t wear jumpers or long sleeved tops when running as I get too hot, even in winter. But if I don’t wear one then I get cold arms. One day when out running I thought ‘what I could really use is arm socks’, a quick search on amazon and yes, they do exist. Pair with a light tshirt and some compression leggings and then I can run without getting too hot and without getting cold limbs either. These ones were a perfect fit too, not too loose so I didn’t have to keep pulling them up, not too tight as to be uncomfortable. I have slim arms and the small was a good for me.

Love these! Just tried the LUJA arm sleeves for the first time the other day, and they are the perfect solution for me when running outdoors during autumn/winter. I was able to stay warm (but not too hot) on my morning jog, and the style is really unique I haven't seen it anywhere else. Great find.

These are a great idea as they are easy to take off and put in your bum bag if you get too hot. I bought the small and they are a perfect fit for me as a small size ten.
