Aluminum Composite Sign Panel Sheet 1/8" X 24" X 24" - White

This is perfect for painting barn quilts!

I see alot of comments about this item that are negative. Let me just explain what I found. This is a composite. It has 1 top layer of coated sheet metal, a middle layer of thermo plastic core and another outer layer of sheet metal. Its not made for bending because you would have to apply heat to the inner plastic core if you wanted it to bend even if then. If your looking for a lite sturdy surface with tough coated metal then this is perfect. I found no warping and is a perfect working surface. I use mine for a laser engraving table. I recommend this material very highly.

I am going to use it to make a barn quilt

The item received is not at all the item described. This is a clear sheet of plastic, zero aluminum.

Reading reviews apparently people want to bend this for some reason or don’t understand what it is, but this product is great to make signs and barn quilts with, lihjt weight, but sturdy and a good price.

I love these I got the big one before and it was not the easiest for me to break so i was happy to get some 2x2 I would like to get some 4x4 too

Don’t expect that with this stuff. I tried scoring it every way possible, as slow as possible as careful as possible and it snaps into every time. I know that if the quality is good you should be able to do that. Couldn’t use it for the purpose I ordered it and obviously couldn’t send it back. Other than that it seems ok to write on or for vinyl. Engraving… I would say no because the black isn’t very black. More of a dark gray.
