Such a waste product i purchased it isn't working properly and Amazon customer service is also not responding sound is coming while grinding the batter and stones are not appropriately sticking to the bottom

Fragile Lid. Replacement not available.
The plastic lid is made of cheap quality. In due course it develops cracks and breaks. Replacement not available. If company could help, it would be a good gesture.
