Good product. At first it tastes a little goaty, but I like it. If you put it your coffee , you should emulsify it so that it blends well. It’s a good price on subscribe and save.

I was hoping that the goat’s milk powder would not have that same flavor as fresh goat’s milk , but it does. If you like goat’s milk, then you will love this instant powdered milk! It mixes easily and has a rich taste. I bought it because it has the A2 protein in it instead of the A1 protein that most cows milk has, and it was recommended by Dr. Gundry in his Plant Paradox book. It is fine to add into a recipe, but not to put in your coffee unless you like goat’s milk taste. It seems stronger than the fresh milk did back when I had a milk goat.

I ordered this powder because I make my own hot cocoa and I cannot have dairy. I haven't tried the product yet but it came as expected when expected and it smells like goat milk. I will have to edit my review after I try it in my hot cocoa recipe or another recipe calling for powdered milk. It looks good thus far.
