"regular" I guess? It's just gravy flavored ;)I guess it's suppose to be a "beef" style gravy but it's vegan.

Does the mix have any onion in it?

Not in this carton but you can get onion flavoured gravy by Bisto in a different carton

The packaging does not mention the contents as being gluten free.

Are any of them that do not contain animal, dairy or egg? Vegan?

You can find list of ingredients for each gravy/sauce, on the description page. The red can/"beef style, the chicken style, onion style and vegetable style gravy are animal free. we are not vegan or dairy free so I didn't check for that.
