I purchased this a while back while on my quest to make the best Old Fashioned I could possibly make. I know its not the traditional soak a sugar cube in bitters and muddle it, but im going for results, not tradition. Anyways, this absolutely did not disappoint. 3/4 of an ounce is all it takes, so I can make roughly 20 cocktails per bottle. Since my initial purchase i have picked up 3 more bottles just to make sure I had some backups. If you are looking for a new spin on an old classic then this is definitely worth a go.

My go to syrup for old fashion, we have also used it for waffles/pancakes in a pinch if we’re out of maple. We originally saw them using this at heritage distilling (PNW major distiller) in their old fashions so we started using it.
