It works! Coral Edge TPU running on Raspberry Pi 5 (RasbPi OS w/ Kernal 6.6)
This PCIE adapter works! Quality hardware that comes with everything you need to get it hooked up to the Raspberry Pi 5's PCIE port. Unfortunately my cooling case for my Pi 5 has no room for additional hats, so I just mounted the Hat AI onto another mount for Pi hardware I had sitting around and connecting it via the PCIE port on the back of the Pi. I should note that the flex cable is quite short, and can be a pain to use to connect the Hat AI and PI 5 if you are not planning to mount one right on top of the other (see my photos).Should also note that getting the Pi5 (using the latest Kernal v6.6 as of April 4, 2024) configured to recognize the TPU is NOT for the faint of heart. There's a lot to software dependency issues thanks to PyCoral being poorly maintained by Google. I had to dig around discussions on GitHub for a while and mess with various aspects of the Pi's boot files -- as well as get an older Python version in a virtual environment running -- before I got the TPU finally running with my Pi 5.But now that it is running, it sings, and the HatAI definitely does everything it was marketed and meant to! I'm able to run various tensorflow lite models that were configured for the Edge TPU.Again, be aware -- getting the TPU working with the Pi 5 as of April 2024 is not for the faint of heart! You better know your way around Linux (and how to mess with DBT files) if you intend to try to use this!

Works with the dual tpu, but only one of them
Accidentally bought this instead of the hat that supports the dual tpu. It works anyway, but for only one of the tpus and the second stays idle

great but make sure you have the right board
this is just for a coral edge tpu board but ONLY the single unit tpu. If you get the coral dual DUAL TPU, you need a special board from pineboards that can support the dual tpu unit.

Great Quality
Everything provided with this board is quality and turns you PI5 into an AI tool.Everything included is top quality.I have not tested it with the dual edge TPU yet (waiting for delivery)... but can verify it works with single GPU.I am excited to see more boards that Pineberry will create in the future!

AI on a PI
Works with the Edge TPU, I have been working on a personal assistant, can't complin about the HAT it works great.

fantastic!
if you plan on running any cameras connected to a Pi, especially if you're using Frigate, pick this up. It fits like any normal Pi hat and enables you to use the Coral Edge TPU which makes the Pi out-perform a 2k CPU when it comes to image processing. If you're having frame rate issues with cameras connected to an surveillance system that's Pi based, this will offload all that processing. The circuit board and components are high quality. The included accessories are also good quality and has everything you need to add the Coral Edge TPU to your Pi. Highly recommended.

coral.ai M.2 on the pi5!
I admit, pineboards is becoming one of my favourite Raspberry Pi innovators: they’ve created so many useful boards to use with the pi 5.This board, their AI bottom HAT, once again delivers, providing a B-key M.2 slot for use on the Raspberry Pi 5, which happens to be the interface used by the M.2 coral.ai TPU.Build quality: superb.Pineboards FPC cables are pretty much best in class.I’m currently running my AI HAT atop my pi, and it runs just fine. The config.txt needs a `dtoverlay` according to their tutorial for getting the coral.ai TPU working (and a minimum kernel version, although the current default has surpassed that).Straightforward, pain-free configuration and operation. If you need a certain PCIe functionality, and pineboards provides a solution: it should be at the top of your list, at least for consideration.

Great for experimenting with Coral AI
The Pineboards Hat Ai! (Coral Edge TPU) is helping me experiment with Edge Tensor Processing using my Raspberry PI. These experiments are designed to learn more about edge TPU and neural networks.
