Unfortunately, it seems many received this product broken. However, the Lotion itself is great!It has a light, aroma that is soothing. The Lotion is rich in texture ( the body cream). It is moisturizing and a little goes a good ways.I first heard about this on YouTube and have been purchasing ever since. I will say that to my wonderful surprise, I found it at TJ MAXX one day for a lot less $$! I left one for someone to take advantage of but I did go ahead and purchase the other 4 jars that were there. I had not tried the body Lotion which was also at TJ Maxx and I found it to also be moisturizing.I have paid way more for more luxury brands but all in all, I feel like if I can get this, I don't need my luxury body creams. Oh! Importantly, as I'm trying to decrease the number of chemicals I use in and on my body, check out the ingredients list! There are far fewer ingredients in this than many other creams including some luxury ones. This also has Glycerin which is huge as it relates to moisturizing.Buy the body cream and Lotion. I have not tried the scrub or hand soap.For the product, compared to my luxury brands, it's still a great buy even at Amazon's prices.

In my span on this Earth I've probably bought thousands of jars and bottles of lotions. This one particular brand is the best I've ever used. It's light but does the job and the scent is not overpowering. Well worth the money and if you feel like spending the extra....one of the few products left that actually is packaged in a glass jar!!

This is my signature lotion. A little goes a long way and I like the milky powdery scent it is light and lasts all day on my skin. Very velvety to apply

While I've used it as body creme, it's my go to face cream. It's non greasy but hydrates in dry, cold weather and has worked well with some tan. Bonus is it's in a big jar.

LOVE this! its like rich creamy butter. Almost cooling to the skin which feels great after a warm shower. I was shocked this wasn't double the price! The smell is nice - it smells like a clean baby. Personally, I don't like any scent but this is very light & fresh - perfect as I hate strong-smelling lotions and perfumes!

makes my skin feel like silk! a little goes a long way! I really like the glass jar (also sold in plastic). but I find the glass jar can be repurposed very well for bathroom especially. ie: cotton pads, denture tabs, etc small items that tend to scatter..possibly cotton swabs, but I didn't try them as I keep the cotton swabs in their own container. my most recent glass jar cam with a broken lid, so replaced it with an old lid. Then I found that Simply peanut butter which we just finished has the same size lid...problem solved!

I am in the process of going cruelty free for all my products so I was looking for a replacement for my go-to (The Face Shop - Fresh Milk Cream). After watching Alicia Keys’ skincare routine, I thought I would give it a shot.I have very dry skin and this has been working like a dream. The scent was a bit strong for me at first but I really enjoy the texture of the body butter and how it doesn’t leave a sticky residue on my skin. It is very moisturizing and calming for my eczema and rosacea.I will be repurchasing in the future.

I am in my mid-40's and my skin has been getting drier and drier for the last few years. This winter I just could NOT find any products that sufficiently moisturized my dry skin (made worse by the extremely cold weather). I went through a bunch of both body and facial moisturizers, including ones that had great reviews on Amazon, with no success. Usually they just didn't feel sufficiently moisturizing; sometimes they actually stung or harmed my skin, FINALLY I found two products, Kiehl's face cream, and this body butter, that WORK. I truly feel my skin is hydrated when I use this. It doesn't hurt that it also smells amazing and comes in a lovely glass jar.

Wie von Scottish Fine Soaps gewohnt super Produkt. Sehr samtiger milchiger Duft, welche nicht aufdringlich ist und dennoch lange an der Haut zu schnuppern ist. Sie zieht schnell ein und der Tigel ist super ergiebig. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen und auch verschenken.

I absolutely love this product and have used it for a long time. I love the fragrance which is not overpowering, unlike some. This product is absorbed into the skin quickly and doesn't leave any sticky residue. Not a lot is needed for it to make the skin feel wonderful.There are other products in the Scottish Fine Soaps range, one of which my friend uses, her taste in fragrance being different from mine, and she raves about this one too.I would recommend the Scottish Fine Soaps range to every woman who likes to look after her skin.

I don't wear it with perfume. The fragrance is subtle, so pleasant, perfect for everyday excursions.

As with all Scottish Fine Soaps products, this body butter is very good, rich in texture and has a nice smell. The Au Lait range is my favourite so my review is very biased, but I love these products.
