Arrived quick and works as expected. This is a great deal the OEM replacement is over $200. I couldn't stand paying that much more to have the part in an OEM box. As of now it is working better than the antenna that was with the gps unit.

Got this GPS antenna for my Motorola XPR-5550 mobile radio. The factory GPS are really expensive and this one is a great alternative. The connector on the radio is a SMA female. So the antenna is a SMA male. The wire is small, my guess is around 16 gauge and has a heavy duty feel to it. The GPS puck comes with a double sided tape that lets you mount and secure the antenna either on the outside or where it's close to pick up the GPS satellite.Upon receiving the GPS puck/antenna. Installation is a snap and right away, within a minute. The radio was able to get a lock into position and I was able to send my GPS coordinates thru the radio. Great GPS antenna and it works this Motorola XPR-5550 commercial radio. No issues and would buy again for my other radios.

The navigation system wasn’t compatible with my stereo, shows where I’m at on a outlined map, you can tell it’s in California area cause of the out line of our country, but it was dark, nothing just a black outline. So yeah, cheap for your dollar.

Attached to my Motorola XPR4550 for mobile use and it's enabled my APRS to pinpoint and broadcast my location with zero issues.Fast acquisition of sats, minimal footprint, a nice RF connector, this is just perfect.
