This is a very very cheap quality refurbishment. Not worth the money at all. There is at least 1mm gap between the frame and the back glass, also all of the MagSafe accessories just falling off from the back. The screen isn't ProMotion neither, I have got another 15 Pro and I can see clearly the diffetent. This screen has got HUGE FRAME compare it to my other phone, means the SCREEN WAS REPLACED FOR SOME CHEAP AFTERMARKET one. Also the even the colour is off, its completely diffetent shade than the original one. Completely disappointed. Avoid these so called "refurbished" phones at all cost.

Very lovely phone, in excellent condition, 1 minor small unoticeable scratch on the screen only shows if i really look at it properly, and 1 small mark on the frame which is unoticeable aswell, the phone has all original parts which im ahppy about except for the battery, this is what knocks a star off. when recieved it had over 950 charge cycles with only 85% battery health bit dissappinting and will need a new one this year but apart from that its a great phone.

Not good . Cycle counts are 1169 and battery health 81% when I received my product . I order an excellent conditioned phone , but got a phone ranging ‘Below Acceptable ones ‘ . A really bad one .

Le téléphone est dans un parfait état. La batterie est à 100% comme indiqué. Mon fils le voulait et il en est très satisfait la batterie tien bien à voir dans le temps. J'avais peur de commander avec tous ces avis négatifs mais franchement je recommande la livraison dans les temps et le téléphone nickel.

Estimados Compré un iPhone 15 Pro que llegó con un día de retraso, y al configurarlo me llevé varias decepciones: • No incluye la opción de “Limpieza” en Fotos, una función que esperaba en un dispositivo de este nivel. • La carga fue excesivamente lenta: tardó más de 3 horas en llegar solo al 85%, algo inaceptable para un móvil nuevo de esta gama. • He intentado contactar con el vendedor y no he recibido respuesta, lo que añade frustración a la mala experiencia. No recomiendo esta tienda por falta de atención al cliente y poca fiabilidad. Un producto premium merece un servicio a la altura, y no ha sido el caso./as, Les escribo para informar de una incidencia con el iPhone que he recibido recientemente. El dispositivo presenta problemas de carga desde el primer momento. Concretamente, ha tardado más de tres horas en alcanzar solo el 80% de batería, lo cual no es normal para un dispositivo nuevo. Esto me hace sospechar que podría tratarse de un problema en la batería, el cargador o el propio terminal. Solicito una revisión urgente del caso y que se me indique cómo proceder, ya sea para reemplazo, reparación o verificación técnica, dado que el producto está en garantía. Quedo a la espera de una solución lo antes posible. Gracias por su atención
