Works great! This eyelid cover works great for my dry eyes and heats up quickly. It’s comfortable and seems very durable. Haven’t had to wash it yet but I’m sure cleaning it won’t be an issue.

Works well and the cover is removable and washable. I have MGD and a blocked oil gland on my eyelid. The doctor told me to use hot damp compresses to resolve it. That is the biggest mess and did not help much. I tried this eye mask and it has helped reduce the size of the eye bump considerably. To get results I use it for 30 minute stretches twice daily. It can be relaxing if you can take the time to do it. After consistent use for two months the bump is reduced in size but still present. These are stubborn things to eliminate.

Perfect for when I have extremely dry eyes. Being able to subtly wet the mask and then enjoy the warms from the mask .. makes for an enjoyable relaxing rest

My optometrist recommended getting a warming eye compress to alleviate my chronic dry eyes. This product was a good price and had the features I needed. The power cable has a timer which can be set for various times and temperatures. The cover can be removed and washed. I have used it for six weeks 2x per day, set at high for 15 minutes and am pleased with the results.The only negative is the velcro on the head strap does not grip well and could be longer for a better fit.

I ordered this because I had a stye on my eye. I used it for two days, and it’s successfully removed it. I also suffer from migraines as well. Usually heat aggravates my migraine, but this eye mask actually makes it feel better. The temperature gets really hot to me. I don’t even have to use it on the highest temperature. I usually put mine on medium. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. I am not sure exactly how long it stays on, but I know for sure it stays on over 30 minutes. Whenever it goes off you just have to use the remote control to turn it back on. I like that it is not battery powered , just plug it in the wall.

I love this thing for meibomian gland dysfunction. I've bought and returned several other eye heating pads, but this one is a keeper. I've recommended it to a couple people.It has 3 heat settings and a timer. I usually veer on the high settings for heat, but the medium setting on this is sufficient! The high heat setting gets nice and hot (hotter than others I've tried. You wouldn't want to fall asleep with it on high, BUT it is a nice setting and I do use it...not just for my eyes. sometimes on my forehead for headaches.)

I like a lot of things about this mask. It is soft and comfortable to wear. I like that it has several heat settings and adjustable timer. However, I have found that, on occasion, it doesn't work correctly. The mask won't heat correctly and the digital display doesn't show the time as it normally does. When this happens, I can correct the problem by unplugging it and plugging it back in. Sometimes I have to do this several times before the mask starts working again.

My ophthalmologist recommended moist heat over my eyes at least once per day from 10-15 minutes.I did a moist towel and warm water, using the microwave to get heat.So, I looked at about 15 different power heated eye masks to make getting moist heat more efficiently and for the heat to last longer.After reading a heck of lot of reviews for different models, I picked this one.Why? I liked that it looked like it had a nice sized cut out, as I think it would lay over my eyes better providing more even heat.The positives:The nose cutout works. It's comfortable.The whole mask's material that touches the eyes, face, ears, and head is soft and comfortable.The velcro closure at the back is great and works very well.Wearing this mask is very comfortable.The time and heat control is easy to use, and easy to read.The negatives:This mask takes at least 5-7 minutes to become slightly warm, when the controller is set to "HIGH".You have to put the mask on in order for your face to provide insulation to the mask in order to the mask to get warmer.If you want to use warm heat on your eyes for 10-15 minutes, which is a typical doctor recommendation, you will need around 20-25 minutes as it takes at least 10 minutes for this mask to get close to warm enough. Again, that's with the heat on "HIGH".Over all, this mask does NOT provide a good warm level of heat.The Low and Mid settings are useless.Another major negative is that the heat is felt only on the bottom third of the mask.There is nearly no heat generation at the top third. Touching the top third there is nearly no warmth, and it's about the same at the middle part of the mask.It appears that that heating element is located at the bottom of the mask.There is a layer of "glass beads", per the information. The beads are intended to heat up and distribute the heat to the larger area.That does NOT work. Again, I can feel the actual heating element only at the bottom third of the mask.I have to move the mask father up, moving the bottom of it over my eyes.IOW, the lightly effective part of the mask is only a third of the size.This mask will not, and does not, provide good warmth/heat over the whole surface of it.Those are the major negatives of this mask.The problem is that that is main function of such a mask, to provide constant heat/warmth over the eyes.This mask does NOT do that.The Amazon sales page for this mask states,- "Adjustable Temperature and Timer: Our Smart LED Controller Make thermostatic timed hot packs easy. Our electric eye mask designed with 3-level heat (113℉-124℉-140℉)".Even at the "HIGH" setting the temperature does not even come close to low 113F claimed temp.When I use a basic warm water and cloth, I checked the temp with a thermometer.At a comfortable temp for me, the cloth is around 107-110F.This mask does not even come close to that, even after it sits on my eyes and face for 20 minutes.I do NOT recommend this mask. It takes a long time just to get to a barely warmer than skin temp, and never achieves a therapeutic level of warmth, even on its highest temp setting.The company needs to go back and design a heating element that actually provides needed heat, and provide that heat over its whole surface, not just along the bottom third of it.The mask's material, adjustability, and comfort are really very good.kAnd that's why I gave it a second star.
