I have had many coffe pod machine and this Coffee pod machine is the best out there in the market. Good temperature of the water for the perfect coffee. Functionally, it is easy to use and lets out the right amount from the selection. Pierces the K pod well - Other reviews have said grains falling out into the cup - for me, I did not experience this the coffee was smooth and clean. Nice large water tank. I just used the bulletproof Keto butter coffee K pod and coffee came out wonderfully. Overall, good, clean easy to use perfect coffee machine. And, the machine is easy to use

I've never had a coffee maker before and this one produces coffee in seconds. It isn't too big and is an excellent addition to my kitchen work side. It's modern, sleek and easy to operate. I hought a pod holder to go underneath the coffee maker and oh my how boujee. I wish there were more mods to choose from but I realise this product has not been in the uk that long so hopefully a wider variety of coffee pods like, pumpkin spice, dunkin donuts, the milky coffees, etc etc will be avaliable soon. I wasn't a coffee drinker before but now I feel like I'm sat in Paris sipping on an exquisite cup of coffee outside a quaint cafe or at starbucks but with the added benefit of having a coffee on hand anytime and at half the cost. So if you're thinking of taking the plunge you can't go wrong with this beauty. I love the fact you can also choose from a small medium or large coffee. More choice of pods please 🙏

Great machine, fits my existing K- cup stainless steel re-useable pods. The machine works very well, the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the audible alerts are extremely quiet, otherwise top notch. Easy to use and clean, no leaks or messes. Had it less than a week so time will tell, but it looks really well made.

Great looking coffee machine that is simple to use very quick to make coffee 3 sizes of cups a lot better than most other coffee machines at a more expensive price I would definitely recommend you buy one you won’t be disappointed

WOW! No bells and whistles, simply great coffee. Having used BTC machines for a number of years, when the second one developed a fault I decided the expense to replace was finally too much. First used a Keurig in Japan and found them so simple and efficient. This does the same job. No bells and whistles, clean fresh coffee in a mater or minutes with no menus to navigate. Would definitely recommend.

Love my new coffee machine and the free pods are lovely....works really well and can use reusable filter so i can choose my own coffee..reusable filter fiddly and pods quicker and easier but can work out quite expensive.Super fast delivery and well packaged

Its hard to get Keurig machines in the UK but they have the advantage that you can buy refillable baskets rather than spending a lot of money of genuine k-cup pods. My last one lasted years before giving up the ghost so bought this to replace it. It is not Keurig but a "compatible" machine so I can use K-cups (when I feel flush) or the refillable baskets ( for everyday use) . It heats up and dispenses very quickly. Quite a compact design so does not compete for space on the worktop. The free sample pods are a welcome bonus. Unfortunately it developed a fault after a few months (hence 4 stars) but the supplier responded immediately to my email and sent a new replacement which arrived the very next day. Brilliant service.
