Amazing for stencil printing.
Easy to set up and even easier to use. The software is great. Amazing value for money. Stencils come out smooth and dark. Would recommend 10 times over. Works well above its price point

Fixed my issue in a few days.
I got one in December last year and it worked great and was easy to use.The battery stopped holding a charge after I moved.I contacted the company directly and the customer service was amazing, they walked me through what to try and in one day they already agreed with me there was a problem and by day two of talking they said they were going to send me a new one. I didn't get the warranty but they still made things right, I would happily recommend them to family and friends.

Bought for a tattoo artist who is now available to Tattoo anywhere. Printer works terrific great product.

Great budget thermal printer
Works pretty well, the app isn’t great, paper jams EASILY if not loaded juuuuust right. Have to watch a video every time to remind myself which direction it goes. Bluetooth is great and I like the print heaviness options in the app. The app has really good features but is poorly labeled so you just have to play with it and figure it out as you go.

Newest model is not as great.
The media could not be loaded. Loved the new model but after having it for only 6 months it’s quit working all together, won’t even turn on. Keeps telling me I need to charge for 3-4 hours after having it plugged in and several attempts of charging for recommended time frame. I have had the original model for 2 years with zero issues. Can’t get ahold of customer service - I don’t recommend.

PRINTS ON THERMAL PAPER TOO
This little printer technology is amazing! Just to be able to print anywhere without power or ink is a game changer for me. I also recently got some plain thermal paper so I can print references out to fill my flash book with. Very convenient anytime I need to print anything in black and white in addition to tattoo stencils.

Easy to use
Product is outstanding in my opinion. If you see the comments of stopping mid way through print, I haven't had an issue like that but I have had issues with it not pushing the paper all the way through. It prints the whole image but does stop right after image so you must use bottom portion of stencil first if you want to do small images.
