Sturdy and nice
I got this so pups could use for pool access and watching us. I know not normal reason lol and I got a step to long but it works! It seems to be sturdy as I have gone up a few times and I'm sure the grands will climb to jump in pool when they visit. It was really pretty easy to assemble even for this over 60 women. Of course I had to buy the steps separately from local store drilling holes and getting them attached was a bit harder then got help moving it into place. But I love the way it looks and am thinking of trying my hands at a deck to attach it to next possibly. I do put boogie boards on it so pups don't get in pool when unsupervised.

Perfect and easy way to add steps
These were perfect for our new deck. We used different screws/bolts than the ones that came with it bc they weren't working for us. Way better than buying the wood stringers.

Missing pieces
Seems like it would be pretty awesome. Missing 2 pieces. Can't get them with out returning what I already have. To much a hassel. Otherwise seems like a good productEdit: the company reached out and got me what I needed. Awesome set up, if 8 need outdoor steps in the future I wouldn't mind to use these

Shipping box was lacking ... one brkt bent but easily repaired

Great product
I am impressed with how sturdy these are. They are worth the money and then some. Good quality and easy to install. I will be ordering more to change the steps on my back porch.

Missing pieces, broken parts
Not a great product. I bought this new and it looks used. Lots of chips and bent pieces. To top stair on one side is bent on the pie e that attaches to the house, making it impossible to properly install. It was also missing the nuts that screw onto the fix bolts to attach the top stair to the bottom stairs. Returning this item. It is not usable in the condition it was sent.
